Vijayashankar Meenakshisundaram

Founder and Chief Executive Officer: Vijayashankar has around 2 decades of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and advisory roles. Prior to his current position, Vijay was managing projects for various clients where he had responsibility for global delivery, interact with marketing and sales, business development and client services organizations. Previously, he had run this venture with angel funding during 2001-02. He has very good experience and exposure working with foreign clients from countries like USA and Europe. He was one of the persons, helped in his CMC days the pioneering concept of Offshoring, with the split team and onsite and offshore during 1994. he has handled small to large teams, with millions of dollars worth delivery. With his Techno Managerial skills, his focus has been clients and their interests only, and his employers have been only his payment masters providing a solid platform to learn and earn, companies like Logix Microsystems( Izmocars Inc. ), Cognizant (D & B Satyam), HCL Technologies, Mphasis (now EDS India), Portal Player (now acquired by NVIDIA), Tektronix, Satyam, National Techteam (USA), CMC ( and BRI Inc, USA) and IDM (HCL Group Co.) in tonz of projects. Also engaged with running the center for a Web 2.0 products company.

Has won many accolades and awards, in the companies he has worked. Most of the changes were made in need of career growth and personal satisfaction.

Vijay was born in India and has traveled widely. He has received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India that is a pioneering college in South Asia, like IIT's. He has been part of the SEPG teams in CMM certified companies and also got trained and worked with Six Sigma.
