Welcome to Sharon Software System's Infrastructure Page!
Our Infrastructure:
We are beginning with few Developers and Engineers at our Technology Centre.
The Technology Centre will be an STPI unit and a 100% subsidiary called Sharon Software Services Ltd (now reverse merged)
Initially we will demonstrate the capability of the products we develop with few customers from INDIA ( mainly FMCG's ) and USA.
We are planning to expand into Europe, Middle East, Far East and Australia and other countries.
Our People:
We will recruit the best in the industry in Technology and Marketing.
We dont promise the moon, foreign trips or special clubs, but a superb working environment.
Our compensation is going to be the best in the industry combined with ESOP's.
We are going to be the first company worldwide, valuing the Employees contribution and setting aside 25% of total equity as ESOP's.
Everyone working with us will be given ESOP's including directors and valued customers.
All will be called "Associates".
Our Training:
We will have a subsidiary Training division in our campus in Coimbatore and Bangalore where people will be given "Job Assurance" when they take up the courses.
